Ingredients
- 2 oz of Rosemont elderberry liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- A touch of emulsifier
- 1642 Tonic
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except the 1642 Tonic and ice cubes in a shaker.
- Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds
- Add ice cubes and shake again for 8 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass
- Lengthening with 1642 Tonic
