Ingredients
- 2 oz of Rosemont elderberry liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- A touch of emulsifier
- 1642 Tonic
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the 1642 Tonic and the ice cubes
- Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds
- Add ice cubes and shake again for 8 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass
- Lengthen with the 1642 Tonic
