Garden Martini

Dive into a world of bold, unexpected flavors with Martini Du Jardin. This cocktail pays tribute to Quebec's vegetable garden. It represents the freshness of the garden in a meeting with Quebec spirits.
There's Pomodoro Vodka from Iberville Spirits, which brings a tasty, rounded tomato base, while Fou Gin, with its distinctive aromatic profile, adds a touch of adventure and botanical complexity. The magic is provided by Cirka Distillerie's Chili Vodka, which delivers a subtle yet present warmth. Aperol adds freshness and plays an important role in the blend's color.
Secondary elements in the blend are bright lime juice, homemade cherry tomato syrup, which enhances the flavor of the fruit, and homemade cucumber syrup, which offers undeniable freshness. Fresh basil leaves infuse herbaceous, slightly peppery aromas. But the cocktail's real signature is its 10 drops of balsamic vinegar, a bold addition that adds umami depth.
The whole is elongated with the elegance of light Tonic 1642, which adds subtle effervescence without masking the complex aromas. The garnishes - a cherry tomato, cucumber slice and basil leaf - reinforce the garden theme and freshness.
Martini Du Jardin is a fresh, tasty and surprisingly well-balanced cocktail. It's an invitation to explore new flavors from the garden side.
