Peach Velouté

Peach Velouté

Photo and recipe by Passion Cocktail

This cocktail reveals a fruity sweetness right from the start. It combines peach, coconut, pineapple and raspberry. The base is provided by Distillerie 3 Lacs' Peach Vodka, with its peach infusion. It marries perfectly with Humble Coco ananas from Distillerie du Quai and Humble spiritueux, which translates exotic tropical notes, revealing accords between the sweetness of peach and the flavors of coconut and pineapple.
Lemon juice plays an essential role, bringing the necessary acidity to the blend and balancing it with the homemade syrup made from Prosecco and Smirnoff raspberry vodka, which conveys a gourmet dimension. A dash of Fee Brother's peppermint bitters then adds complexity to the profile, with a touch of herbaceous spice, bringing freshness and subtlety.
To ensure a harmonious, well-integrated texture, the addition of an emulsifier enables all these elements to bind together perfectly, guaranteeing a creamy consistency. The cocktail ends on a light, sparkling note thanks to the light Tonic 1642. A skewer of raspberries garnishes this delicious mix.
