Bourgeon de Bleuets is a delicious blend of two jewels from the Fjord distillery: Km12 gin and Lily labrador tea liqueur. Gin Km12, with its forest, spice and juniper aromatic profile, sets an authentic base, while the tea liqueur, with its floral delicacy and depth, enriches the blend with a charm imbued with finesse. Together, these two spirits add character and elegance.
Lemon juice energizes this alliance by infusing freshness, while the house ginger syrup adds a spicy warmth, creating a skilfully measured balance with the house blueberry syrup, which adds fruity sweetness and a subtle hint of color. The six basil leaves, delicately integrated, offer a herbaceous touch that enhances the whole and softens the contrasts between the power of the spirits and the lightness of the citrus fruits and syrups.
To lengthen the blend, the light tonic 1642 contributes its fine bubbles and subtle bitterness, complementing and balancing all the flavors. The presentation features a garnish of blueberry skewer, blood orange chips and basil head.
A blend of sublime flavours.
