Immerse yourself in a world of flavors that perfectly blend freshness and refinement. This cocktail subtly combines tangy, floral and lightly woody notes. Its structure is built around the spirit Églantine from Distillerie Vent du Nord, which embodies the essence of the Côte-Nord terroir. It stands out for its delicate floral nuances, enhanced by light hints of spice.
Maison Livernois' Wilhelmine Fig and Grapefruit Gin is a wonderful spirit that brings these two Mediterranean fruits together. Distillerie Beemer's Liqueur de sapin Beaumier adds an unexpected forest touch. Its presence lends a singular depth to the blend that contrasts subtly with the fruitiness of the other ingredients.
The secondary ingredients in the blend are lemon juice for its acidity and Monin elderberry syrup, which offers a floral sweetness to harmonize the whole blend. The light Tonic 1642 provides a delicate effervescence. Finally, the cocktail is garnished with a skewer of raspberry, blueberry and lemon to enhance its presentation.
