Pétales De Bonheur is a bold cocktail to be drunk between land and sea! It's a perfect reflection of the geographical location of the Cap-aux-Péchés distillery. The base of this wonderful blend is Distillerie Cap aux Péchés' Immortelle gin, a rare product that captures the very essence of Quebec terroir. Infused with local botanicals and complex aromas, this gin brings floral and lightly woody notes. Domaine Des Cantons ginger liqueur brings a spicy, subtly sweet character that contrasts well with Immortelle gin.
Secondary ingredients include freshly squeezed grapefruit and lemon juices. They add a citrus note that blends perfectly with this floral gin. The floral aspect is also enhanced by the use of Monin rose syrup. To complete the picture, a pinch of Kanel cranberry-spruce Spritz powder is placed on the rim of the glass. This ingredient has slightly resinous accents and the freshness of cranberry. Finally, 1642 Yuzu soda is added to lengthen the blend.
