Frimas de poire épicée is a cocktail that combines the elegance of gin, the warmth of chilli vodka and the sweetness of pear. This blend will take you straight to the discovery of refined, exotic flavors.
Wabasso gin from Wabasso Distillery is the base of this blend. It brings a freshness and complexity that blend perfectly with the other ingredients. Cirka Distillery's Chili vodka introduces an intriguing spicy note without being overpowering. To balance this heat, Entre Pierre et Terre pear liqueur adds a delicate, fruity sweetness.
Secondary ingredients include lemon juice and homemade pineapple syrup, which adds a tropical dimension. Juicy pear pieces add fruity flavor and sweetness. The two dashes of Ms. Better's Kiwi bitters are optional, but add extra depth to the cocktail.
Light 1642 tonic is added to lengthen the blend, providing a light, refreshing effervescence. Garnish is essential to ensure a great tasting experience. I use a piece of pineapple and a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Gin Wabasso Distillerie Wabasso
- 0.75 oz Vodka Chili Cirka Distillerie
- 0.5 oz Entre Pierre Et Terre pear liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Homemade pineapple syrup
- 4 to 5 pieces of pear
- 2 Ms. Better's Kiwi Bitter Traits
- Tonic 1642 light
- Piece of pineapple
- Rosemary sprig
Preparation:
- Cut the pear pieces, place them in the base of the shaker and crush.
- Add all other ingredients except tonic Fill with ice and shake mixture
- Double filter into a cup containing a sphere of ice
- Lengthen with tonic 1642 light
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a sprig of rosemary
