Kiwi Zen

Kiwi Zen

Kiwi Zen is a cocktail with exotic, refreshing flavors inspired by sunny summers. At its base, Romeo's Gin Zay, with its notes of agave, offers an aromatic depth that blends perfectly with the Humble Litchi liqueur made by Distillerie du Quai. It brings a delicate, fruity sweetness. These two spirits create a harmony where gin meets the roundness of lychee.
Lemon juice and grapefruit juice add a touch of freshness and acidity. To balance the acidity of the mix, I use a homemade tropical syrup, with its sweet, exotic notes. Crushed kiwi pieces also release exotic fruity flavors. Basil leaves add an herbaceous dimension that completes the mix. Finally, yuzu soda adds lightness, while the grapefruit slice garnish enhances the visual aspect.
A cocktail where every ingredient has its place!
