Ingredients
- 3 oz. Oshlag Dentdelion gin.
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 bottle 1642 Tonic
- cucumbers and oranges
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, bring water and honey to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes or until liquid is clear and syrupy. Pour into a measuring cup and let cool.
- Add tonic 1642, Dentdelion Oshlag gin. Place 2 thin slices of Lebanese cucumber or orange in each popsicle mold and pour gin mixture to within 1/4" (5 mm) of rim. Insert a stick in the center of each mold.
- Freeze for 8 hours or until popsicles are firm. When ready to serve, remove popsicles from molds by quickly running under warm water.
