Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Betchwan Gin
- 0.5 oz Sivo Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz Just lemon
- 0.75 oz Prosyro grapefruit syrup
- 0.25 oz of homemade ginger syrup
- 0.5 oz coconut cream
- Tonic regular light gold 1642
- A maraschino cherry, a homemade ginger confit, and ahead of mint as garnish
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to the bottom of a shaker except for the tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
- Lengthen with Cucumber Tonic 1642
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a ginger confit, and a head of mint
