Ingredients

• 3 oz of 1642 Tonic Light
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. ginger syrup
• 2 oz of Alphonse non-alcoholic gin from Appalachian Distillery
• 3 oz of white cranberry juice
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. In a shaker, put all the ingredients, except the Tonic Light 1642
2. Add ice cubes
3. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds
4. Pour the entire shaker into an Old Fashioned glass
5. Lengthen with Tonic Light 1642
6. Stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous
7. Garnish with a slice of ginger on the rim of the glass.
