Crazy cherries

Cherries are a delicious, juicy fruit that can be used to flavor gin and give it a sweet, fruity touch. They're an all-purpose fruit that adds freshness and fragrance to a cocktail.

Ingredients 

  • 1.25 oz Les Herbes Folles Société Secrète gin
  •  0.75 oz Société Secrète Elixir rhubarb liqueur
  • 1 oz Homemade yellow Pitaya syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 5 Cherries
  • Emulsifier
  • 2 oz Tonic Light 1642

Preparation:

  1.  Place the cherries and yellow Pitaya syrup in the base of a cocktail shaker. Crush fruit
  2. Add all other ingredients
  3. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  4. Double-strain into a second shaker
  5. Add an emulsifier and make a dry shake
  6. Garnish with a clementine chip and a fresh cherry
