Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Frimas Vodka Mitis Distillery
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Homemade honeydew melon syrup with lemon peel
- 1 oz lemon juice Emulsifier
- 2 oz Yuzu 1642
- Orange chips for garnish
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
- Add ice and shake the mixture
- Strain into a second shaker
- Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
- Strain into a chilled cup containing 2 oz of Yuzu 1642
- Garnish with an orange chip
