Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Frimas Vodka Mitis Distillery
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Homemade honeydew melon syrup with lemon peel
  • 1 oz lemon juice Emulsifier
  • 2 oz Yuzu 1642
  • Orange chips for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
  2. Add ice and shake the mixture
  3. Strain into a second shaker
  4. Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
  5. Strain into a chilled cup containing 2 oz of Yuzu 1642
  6. Garnish with an orange chip
