A cocktail that showcases excellent Quebec products. The Gin used is a sweet and very versatile spirit, which is paired with the sweet liqueur made from Roberval cherries. Fruity yet refreshing and not too sweet, this tasty cocktail is a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1642 Tonic Light
- 1¾ oz Beemer Distillery Gin
- 1 oz of Beemer Distillery Boreal Cherry Liqueur
- ½ freshly squeezed lemon
- ¾ oz. orgeat (almond) syrup
- Emulsifier or egg white (optional)
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour all ingredients except 1642 Tonic Light
- Shake the shaker well and pour the contents into an Old Fashioned glass full of crushed ice
- Stretch with 1642 Tonic Light
