Delicate, fresh and light, this cocktail recipe with our 1642 ginger beer and Cirka's Wild Gin will seduce you.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz CIRKA Wild Gin
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- 2 oz of peach nectar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Basil leaves
- 1642 Ginger Beer
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a shaker, add everything but the 1642 and ice cubes
- Crush the few basil leaves in the shaker to release the flavours.
- Add ice cubes and shake
- Using the bar sieve, pour into a glass filled with new ice cubes
- Ginger Beer Extender 1642
- Garnish with a bunch of fresh basil and a delicate flower.
