Delicate, fresh and light, this cocktail recipe with our 1642 ginger beer and Cirka's Wild Gin will seduce you.

Ingredients 
  • 1½ oz CIRKA Wild Gin
  • ¼ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz maple syrup
  • 2 oz of peach nectar
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Basil leaves
  • 1642 Ginger Beer
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, add everything but the 1642 and ice cubes
  2. Crush the few basil leaves in the shaker to release the flavours. 
  3. Add ice cubes and shake
  4. Using the bar sieve, pour into a glass filled with new ice cubes
  5. Ginger Beer Extender 1642
  6. Garnish with a bunch of fresh basil and a delicate flower.
