The Elderflower Grapefruit Gin and 1642 Tonic

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderberry liqueur
1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
1 sprig of thyme
1642 Elderflower tonic water

Preparation:

In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the 1642 elderflower.
Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with ice
Top with elderflower tonic.
