Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Brockmans Orange Kiss gin
- 0.5 oz Rhubarb and raspberry cream Vignoble Amouraska
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Homemade ginger syrup
- 0.25 oz Homemade raspberry syrup
- 2 oz Tonic 1642 light
- Raspberry skewer
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except tonic in the base of a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double-strain into a chilled cup containing 2 oz. of light 1642 tonic .
- Decorate with a raspberry skewer
