Ingredients 1642 Elderflower Tonic 1½ oz of Red Stadaconé ¼ oz of cranberry juice A few drops of cucumber bitters Ice cubes Preparation: In a glass filled with ice cubes, add the gin and cranberry juice Stir gently with a spoon Dilute with 1642 Elderflower Tonic Add a few drops of bitters Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a few cranberries. Appalachian Distillery Alphonse Non-Alcoholic Gin 3 oz. white cranberry juice Ice cubes Preparation In a shaker, place all ingredients, except for the 1642 Light Tonic Add the ice cubes Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds Pour the entire shaker into an Old Fashioned glass Add the 1642 Light Tonic Stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous Garnish with a slice of ginger on the rim of the glass.
