Photo and recipe by Passion Cocktails Ingredients 1.75 oz Portage Beach Gin Club Local Cocktails 0.5 oz Société Secrète Sea Buckthorn Gin Elixir 1 oz Lemon juice 1 oz Homemade Sea Buckthorn Syrup Tonic 1642 light Raspberry skewer, mint head and sea buckthorn berries Preparation: Place all ingredients except Prosecco in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir mixture to chill Pour into a chilled glass Garnish with a sprig of rosemary Enjoy!
