Photo and recipe by Fanny Gauthier Ingredients 0.5 oz of lemon juice 0.5 oz of chamomile tea syrup 2 oz of SOBERBO Vermouth 2 oz of Tonic 1642 Preparation: Directly into a High Ball glass, put the lemon juice, chamomile tea syrup and SOBERBO Vermouth. Add a lot of ice. Top with Tonic 1642. Stir lightly to make the mixture homogeneous. Decoration idea: Add a large orange peel Cheers!

Photo and recipe by Olivier Duval/Max Coubès Ingredients 1.5 oz orange juice 1.5 oz carrot juice 1 oz Spritz Les Îles Ginger Beer 1642 Preparation: In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the ginger beer. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with 1642 Ginger Beer Using a mixing spoon, stir lightly to make the cocktail more even. Garnish with a carrot Cheers!
