For people who don't like alcohol or just don't drink it, but love honey, here's an ultra-refreshing little mocktail that marries the taste of honey and the tartness of sour beautifully. Ingredients 1642 Yuzu ¼ cup chopped cucumber ¾ oz fresh lime juice ½ oz. simple syrup 1 ½ oz brewed matcha tea Ice cubes Preparation Mash the cucumber pieces in the bottom of the shaker with a pestle Add lime juice, simple syrup and matcha Add ice cubes and shake vigorously Double-strain into a glass filled with ice cubes Thin with 1642 Yuzu Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and serve with a straw.
