Photo and recipe by Distillerie Wabasso Ingredients 1oz Wabasso Gin a slice of lime slice of lemon slice of grapefruit one orange slice 1/3 oz Luxardo bitters 3 oz of Yuzu 1642 Ice Preparation: With a pestle, mash one lime slice, one lemon slice, one grapefruit slice, and one orange slice. Add ice, Wabasso Gin, and Luxardo Bitters. Thin with Yuzu 1642 Stir lightly. Cheers! 🍹

Photo and recipe by Distillerie Wabasso Ingredients 1 oz of Wabasso gin 1 teaspoon of honey Thyme leaves ice Tonic Light 1642 A little grated ginger Preparation: In a tall glass: Pour in the gin Mix in the ounce 1 teaspoon of honey and some thyme leaves Add the ice Add 4oz of Tonic Light 1642 To finish, grate some ginger over the top and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
