Photo and recipe by Passion Cocktails Ingredients 1.5 oz Frimas Vodka Distillery Mitis 0.5 oz Aperol 1 oz Honeydew Melon Syrup with homemade lemon peel 1 oz Lemon juice Emulsifier 2 oz Yuzu 1642 Orange chips for garnish Preparation: Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu Add ice and shake the mixture Strain into a second shaker Add emulsifier and make a dry shake Strain into a chilled cup containing 2 oz of Yuzu 1642 Garnish with an orange chip Cheers!

Mr. Cocktail Melon & Rhubarb Syrup 1642 Yuzu Strawberry garnish Preparation: Place 4 to 5 cubed strawberries in the base of a shaker and syrup. Mash strawberries Add all other ingredients except yuzu to shaker base Fill with ice and shake the mixture Double strain into a cocktail glass containing a rock of ice Stretch with the 1642 yuzu Garnish with a strawberry Cheers!

Romeo's Yuzu Gin Soda

Recipe by Lea Messier Ingredients 2 oz of romeo's gin V 1 dash Angostura bitters 1/4 oz ginger juice 1/2 oz lemon juice Top up with 1642 Yuzu Basil leaves Preparation: Combine romeo's gin V, bitters, lemon and ginger juice in a highball glass. Stir with a cocktail spoon and fill with ice. Top up with 1642 yuzu soda. Garnish with basil leaves. Cheers!
