Photo and recipe by Olivier Duval/Max Coubès Ingredients 0.5 oz Rosemont After-Ski Rum 0.5 oz Rosemont Apple Brandy 0.5 oz Lime Juice 1642 Ginger Beer Preparation: Place in all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Mix with a spoon. Garnish with a piece of fresh apple and grated nutmeg. Cheers!

Photo and recipe by Foodphotomtl Ingredients 1 1/2 oz Gin 1 oz Elderberry Liqueur 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice 1 sprig of thyme 1642 Elderflower Preparation: In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the 1642 elderflower . Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with elderflower tonic. Cheers!
