Add a lot of ice. Top with Tonic 1642. Stir lightly to make the mixture homogeneous. Decoration idea: Add a large orange peel Cheers!

For this recipe, we used Maison Orphée's Balanced Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which has a delicate aroma of tomato stems and a smooth taste of ripe olives. Its bitterness is marked, but its ardor is moderate; hence its name "balanced".

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with 1642 Ginger Beer Using a mixing spoon, stir lightly to make the cocktail more even. Garnish with a carrot Cheers!
