Photo and recipe by Fanny Gauthier Ingredients 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 0.5 oz homemade orange syrup 2 drops Chuck Hughes Jalapeno hot sauce 1 egg white 1.5 oz Loop cucumber & Jalapeno gin 3 oz white cranberry juice 2 oz Yuzu Tonic 1642 Preparation: Place all ingredients except the 1642 in a shaker.
